Complaints Policy
We always do our utmost to ensure that all areas of school life are the best they can possibly be for our young people, their families, our community and our staff. If there is something that you feel is not as it should be, we ask that people contact the school to discuss this in the first instance - this can be via your child's class teacher or through the school office. Hopefully, we will be able to listen and help to resolve any worries or issues.
If you feel that we have been unable to address or resolve any issue that you may have, please find attached our complaints policy which sets out a clear complaints procedure.
